I was glad to learn of the “signature” you can do for outgoing emails. It will save me form having to type it with every email. I also like the color coding for labels. I will have to try them.

I had done many of the things listed, like the label (folders). I worked quite a while cleaning up my files. Think the best thing I learned is to do this more often and not wait until there are so many to go through! May try the color coding on my labels.

      Jean,

One of the things I need to be better about is getting in the habit of going through my email. I am trying to create a habit where I spend 5 minutes every morning cleaning up my email. I am hoping that this habit will help me keep it cleaned out.

I completed the Clean up and Organize your Email Alternative thing instead of Thing 8.
I learned how to manage my huge mess of gmail with archiving and better labeling!
My plan is to try to stay on top of my email by spending a few minutes each evening cleaning and organizing…at least it’s a plan, right?

I did the Clean Up & Organize your Gmail Alternative thing for Thing 8. I was already using some labels but didn’t know about using colors. That will be helpful to me. I try to stay on top of my email but it doesn’t take more than a few days away to have it pile up.

I did Clean up and Organize your Gmail for Thing 11. I learned how to organize like type messages so I can see all of them at once. I try once in a while to purge the old messages, but will aim for once a week purging to stay on top of it! This gave me this week’s opportunity!
